I wish I had interior pics of my '74 Monaco...previous owner had swapped the tilt/telescopic wheel, front and back seats from a same year Imperial. Was literally like riding around on a couch...or other purposes a couch may be used for..... Other than the amount of gas that 440 drank it was an amazing road trip car lol. I was sent to boarding officer school right after 9/11. Since it was almost a two month school (and I was going to be somewhat close to family during that time) I opted to drive up from the FL handle to southern VA. Averaged about a tank a state lol.I miss some of the interiors from the 70's and 80's,they were a couch on wheels in the higher trim cars, and the back seats were alot better for activities with the girls, lol
Saw that one yesterday.I thought the front end of these was ugly as sin way back when. Amazing what age can do, still not a big fan, but I don't hate it anymore.

'76 Highboy, original paint. I want one but I just can't justify the price they bring now. Right at $19k for this one. 360 motor and manual transmission.
My cousin is restoring a '76 Highboy right now...View attachment 563360

I knew a guy years ago,who'd never got a drivers licence,his theory was,they couldn't take it,if he'd never had it,lol.It's funny because it's true.
"Your license is suspended."
"That's impossible, I never had a license."
"Yeah, I know. The first time you were arrested for Operating MV - never received a license they issued you an operator's number, then suspended it, so you had to get your last arrest taken care of before they would issue you a valid license."
"So, my non-license is suspended?"
"Close enough. Thumb print here. Date here. Take any personal possessions out of the vehicle before the tow gets here."
