Hello All,

Just finished up my install of the Randy Ellis light bar with Auxlight LED's. Over all it was a easy install with no modifications needed to install the bar. I would recommend this for the power wagon! IMG_0363.jpgIMG_0363.jpgIMG_0363.jpg

I've been looking at the Randy Ellis bar for my 3500. Seems like it is the only one that doesn't interfere with the front parking sensors.

Yes agreed. No issues with the front sensors at all. And for me it didn’t interfere with the winch.

I'm researching how to install the Randy Ellis light bar on my 2024 PW, just received it a couple days ago.

I saw that too. Have the instructions been improved?

I watched a YouTube video for mine. Yu will fight a little with the tow hooks, but it should be strait forward.

I figured it out and called them to confirm. It is simple but a struggle getting those tow hook bolts out at 218 ft lbs of pressure. My deep bit sockets didn't cut it going to go buy a 24mm closed end wrench and a couple of impact sockets to try that.

I have the 704HD's on my wagon as well with 37" tires. As for the bar. you remove the two front Bolts 1st the top bolt 24MM then remove the lower bolt 3/4" socket or wrench place the plate on start the lower bolt but do not tighten. then remove the other tow hook bolt. remove your tow hooks. Roll your bar into place put your tow hooks back in and bolt it all back up. I'm going to paint my tow hooks while I have them out hence me not putting it in a shop to do it if I can get those dang tow hook bolts out. At my young age not as strong as I used to be lol.

Yea they are crazy tight in there for sure! It took me a few tries to get them out.
