I'm considering trading my 2015 2500 up to a 2018 3500. I was curious about my AMP PowerSteps; is it possible to remove them and re-mount on the new truck? Or would I be better off just buying new ones?

If you had plug & play obd, it will not work on the 18s. Something is different. So, they would need to be hard wired. Amp Research was working on the ‘18 model. I haven’t checked for a while, but I’d think by now they would have it working.I'm considering trading my 2015 2500 up to a 2018 3500. So the steps you have now are just for ‘17 and older. Check with Amp Research.
