Rear 5100 bilstein shocks

Do the rear 5100 bilstein shocks adjust like the fronts ? It is not clear from the internet descriptions I'm reading. States for lifted trucks 0-1", does this mean they can be set at stock height or set to lift the rear 1".

No they do not. The rear shocks are seperate from the spring. They don't have anything to do with ride hight. They will accommodate up to 1" of lift if you decide to run a spacer because the shock has Aprox 1" more travel than the factory shock.
