Hi everyone I have a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 (4th Gen) 4X4 3.55 Rear End. Im experience a noise from under the truck and not sure what is making it. I ran truck with tires, brakes, rotors off and recorded a video of it. After this i removed driveshaft, pinion turns fine, can not feel any in/out play, or up/down play, same with both ends of the axle. does not feel like their is any binding(thought it may be pinion bearing wearing out). I took diff cover off and found small pitting on some of the spider gears but not sure if this is normal due to the miles on the truck (160k). There was also some small metal shavings i found in cover. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Attached video of noise below

No pitting at all on ring or pinion gear, those look to be in excellent shaps, just the small pitting on spider gears!
