Rear LED lightbar

Hey All!! Has anyone installed a the rear lightbars, under tailgate for turn signals, and brakelights? Curious as to how to do it, considering the hole to access the spare tire is located there. Thanks for any info!!

Some use home depot magnets to clear grommet, mine covers top part of hole but still have access
