Rear Seat Area Heating

I have a 18 PW Mojave Sand Edition that's pretty much optioned out. How do you get heat from the rear vent that's under the center console? I had some passengers in the rear seat yesterday and we couldn't get air to flow thus no heat in the rear.

Should be on the vent setting that blows out the dash vents I believe.... It doesn't blow very hard, but I can feel it coming from mine (if you're referring to the 2 vents on the rear of the center console)
