I have a 2012 Ram 1500 with the rear slider stuck open.
I have replaced the switch and lubed the track. The window moves a bit in the open direction but appears to hit a Stop when trying to close. We've tried to activate the switch and push on the window at the same time. Nope, it's a hard stop. Most of the cable is inside a sleeve, like a bicycle brake cable. I can't figure out what is stopping the window? Any ideas?
Thanks for your help.

Does the motor cut out when trying to slide back the window pane into the closed position? (i.e. can you still hear the motor trying to engage)

Agree with pulling the rear seat
i think you will need a breaker bar or angle ratchet wrench to make it easier
