Hey ram fam I see a couple threads of people talking about end links noticing a lot with stock or level height. What’s everyone running with 4-6in lifts thinking mine are starting to go out and they look stock. Probably going to upgrade the rear sway bar as well just curious what advice or input everyone has

I have the Hellwig sway bar and Core 4x4 end links and I'm super happy with them. I also added the Core 4x4 panhard bar and could tell a positive difference with it too.
I'd check with Nick@GotExhaust for the best price on whatever you decide to go with.

I replaced my sway bar with a Hellwig and Core 4x4 end links, I have no lift, the mounting bolts they supplied were to big for the frame welded nut, I contacted them and the tech is going to send me the correct bolts.

Disconnect the sway bar links and move the sway bar down to a little more level position. It doesn't have to be at a perfect 0*, 5-6* is fine. Then measure your current links and the gap between your current link eye and the sway bar eye. You'll know exactly the length of the new links your truck needs.

Core 4x4 sent me new bushings that press in to the ends, so i can use my factory bolts.

Must be a newer year specific problem (uh I mean “improvement” yeah that’s it). My 2021 has the welded bolt. Probably saves 2 seconds on the line somewhere (guessing a robot does the weld but some tech torques the bolt so has one less thing to pay attention to).

Just ordered a set of these and came across this while searching for install tips. Now I’m wondering if they’ll come with the right hardware or require cutting, pressing in new bushings… mod life.

Anyone got pics or care to share experience on a 5th gen install? TIA.

The only difference on the 5th gen for the rear swaybar endlinks is that the top hole is smaller than the bottom hole (thinner diameter bolt) The 4th gen the size is the same

Finally got to doing this. Maybe there's variance here, or some process change. On my 2021 Rebel, the frame mount has a welded nut.

Contacted Core, and they said the hardware kit (I requested the full kit) should have two sizes of bolts based on model year... the usual/larger ones + smaller ones that will bolt up to the welded nut w/o modification.

My hardware kit had no smaller bolts...but if you are ordering, check what you have and be specific in what you request since they do have out of box solutions.

That said, I don't want to wait on more shipping so just going to drill out the nut and use what I got. Need to remove the rear wheelwell liners anyway to re-torque rear shocks.

I just bought a hellwig sway bar wanting to change the end links too.

Core seems to be the only good option.

I think my 2018 has the welded nut. If I order on their website it will come with the hardware I need?
I mean I guess I could go to the hardware store to pick up the correct bolts.

Also, I have 2" rear drop springs. So I assume I order with the 2" lowered option?

Thanks

Call Core and ask them. They've always been helpful and have the correct answers
