Can someone give me the part numbers for the new rear view mirror that has the camera view, the cover, the button, and the plug?

I'm going to try and retrofit it to an older truck.

I looked into them and I don't like them. Not concerned with money just getting the parts

The mirror part number is 68448641AB. Lower cover 6PA25TX7AA
Upper cover 6PA26TX7AA
If you have adaptive cruise control, then you already have those covers. The third brake light with the camera for the mirror is part number 68444540AB. So far, several people have tried, but nobody has been able to get it to work on a 2019-2020 5th gen ram. There is someone who is currently swapping a 2021 BCM into his 2020 in hopes that it will make it work.

So far, the digital rear view mirror does not work on anything other than a 2021.
If you have an 8.4 non-navigation radio (UAM), then the cargo camera won’t work on it. There is also no such thing as a factory CHMSL with a cargo camera that fits the 2019+ Ram 1500 DT new body style.

If currently have at least an auto dim mirror, then the connector that is plugged into your current mirror will plug right in. If you just have a base manual mirror, you’ll be better of just buying the mirror jumper harness.

I'm retrofitting this to a 56 Plymouth Pickup so I have no plug what so ever lol. Have a link to the connect it the jumper harness?

Oh, lol. There’s no way the digital rear view mirror will work on that, since it needs LIN bus to communicate with the body control module for it to work. There should be plenty of aftermarket mirrors that are similar that will work for that application though.

Haven't found any that I like the are similar to the the 5th gen ones. I might be able to make a LIN Bus simulator to simulate it talking to the camera. All these electronics lol.

The think I hate about the aftermarket mirrors is the screen isn't the full mirror like the 5th gens. I also liked how you could move the camera and how you can adjust the brightness

This harness will do, at least you can get the connector off of it- 68294130AE.
Maybe you can source a 2021 BCM out of a wreck, and use it just for the mirror? Would just have to figure out how to get the bcm into its “run” state without the ignition...

I'll see if I can find one on car part. If it's anything like my 4th, 3rd, or even 2nd gens it should just need ignition power and constant power.

I can then use my scope and some other tools to see how the LIN Bus works and I'll try to make a module to simulate the bus network and maybe get it working in the 4th gens.

I'll report back man if I find out and get the pinout from you! Thanks again man
