REAR WINDOW FRAME CRACKED

I own a 2019 Laramie
The Auto body shop that Igot my truck repaired saw so many of these that they decided to give me the original frame and show me where the defects are. I will be pursuing the NHSTA, since RAM has yet to respond about this very common issue and defect.

NHTSA is for safety issues

they do have a complaint section

There are other places to report it

Thanks for the pics. But just to let you know, they have redesigned the rear window surround. There are no longer what appear to be seams (stress points) in the locations you indicated in your 3rd picture. Not sure when that occurred. My 2021 doesn't have them but the wife's 2020 does. My daughter just had hers replaced on her 2019. It looked much like yours did. Her dealership said it was the first one they have seen, but I'm pretty sure that's the standard statement all dealerships use.

Much appreciate that feedback. Very good information to know. I own 2019 that I purchased in 8/2018( the first production cycle ) so it does make since of what you stated. The cracked revealed itself this August.
