OP I had the identical issue with my 2017 Rebel. When my truck sat for a few days or more, the left side would stoop. I actually put a level on my truck to make sure my eyes were playing tricks on me, and low and behold it was lower on the left rear.

Last week I took my truck in for a warranty repair and told the service advisor and this issue. During the repair the tech found the the settings in the ECM were matched to the setting at the buttons, used to set the height of the truck. Because of the mid-calibration the truck settled unevenly. He re-set the computer, put the correct setting in the system and now my truck sits level. I have been watching it for the last week, is not dropping at all.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info. I will also pass this along to the service dept as a possibility.

I dropped my truck off this morning at the dealership along with a detailed explanation of what had happened, and pics. About 7 hours later the service adviser called me and said the mechanic found a leak the drivers side air bag... I immediately called BS on this "diagnosis" and explained that if there was a leak, it would have run out of nitrogen a LONG time ago. I explained that logically, the issue would need to exist in valve block or the compressor since the nitrogen pressure was within spec. He said he would talk to the mechanic while they sent someone to come pick me up from work and bring me back. When I got there, the mechanic had changed his mind and instead they called to get authorization from the warranty company to replace the compressor and the valve block (imagine that...). They also stated that they would keep the case open with the warranty company and if the air bag was causing any issues, I would not need to pay the $100 deductible if I bring it back within 12 months for the same issue.

So, two points.
1) I am sure glad that I work for them apparently and diagnosed my own issue (with logic). </sarcasm>

2) It really annoys the hell out of me that "I" have to tell the mechanic what the problem is. Some mechanics now-a-days shouldn't be allowed to even hold a wrench. We need mechanics like we had 20-30 years ago that had to think with their own brains, not a damn computer telling them "nothing is wrong".

At the end of the day, I will have a new compressor and valve block (according to the service adviser) next Thursday and I will only owe $100.

I’m having the exact same issue. Left rear deflates over night. I found another thread where the guy had the exact same issue. I’m also trying to decide if it’s a shock, check valve or other issue. I have had serious issues anytime the weather drops below 20°. It turns into a very violent ride with that rear left shock doing nothing for me. I have had it happen a couple times this past summer as well but normally in the cold. If anyone has good advice on it, I would appreciate it.

Ever since I purchased my 2017 REBEL, after sitting for a few days, the drivers side rear would always sink down about 1 inch. It was never a big deal, until it started getting cold. Today, after sitting for 2 days in <10 degrees the rear left was sitting on the bump-stop (see pic). Since this is a sealed system, and I never had issues with the system running out of air, I would venture to think that this is a check-valve issue and not a air bag or line leaking issue. I have an appointment on Thursday to take it in, but wanted to see if there was any prior experience with this issue. Also, the left rear shock is considerably software than the right rear, so I am going to guess that is because the air bag has been running much less pressure on a regular basis. I still need to replace the shock, but dont want to spend $300 for one stock shock, so I am still researching to replace with aftermarket.

This is the distribution value, it is on the frame on the right rear of the truck, it has 6 hoses and some wires that plug into it. Moisture in the system can damage the internal working of the valve causing it to not open and close correctly..I have explained the same thing on my truck and I had to replace the valve. It was a little pricey, but it fixed my problem. I got a good price on one from rock auto
