I noticed the same issue today, second light with about 1/2” water in it. Dealer didn’t know anything about the issue and said to come in and would give me a estimate. Read them the above and going to make them a visit, better be fixed for free only 15,000 miles on it....

Hi black-betty,

The clearance liamp repair you're referring to is an RRT, or Rapid Response Transmittal, and is not a recall (which is why you're not seeing it on the Mopar recall website). An RRT is a type of VIN-specific service action, which is also released as a TSB. I have included the TSB information below for your reference and for anyone else who may be experiencing this concern!

NUMBER: 23-014-18 REV. A
GROUP: 23 Body
DATE: April 20, 2018

SUBJECT: Cracked Clearance Lamp Lenses

NOTE: This bulletin applies to vehicles within the following markets/countries: NAFTA,
EMEA and LATAM.

SYMPTOM/CONDITION: The vehicle may have been built with cab clearance lamps that may fail prematurely.

I have this same issue with my 2017 2500
MDH 06062X

So I just need to call the dealership and give them this information and it should Ben in their system that it is an action item?

Interesting . I had two bad ones last year and took to the dealer. mechanic said he replaced "the bad ones".
I read this thread and right from Ram customer care it says to replace all five.
Fast forward and a month ago I find another one with water drops in it.
Took to the dealer for some other warranty issues and told them about the light.
Service writer tells me they can't replace the light today. I have to bring it back on Friday. Friday is the only day that an outside tech comes in to who works on nothing but water leak issues.
Tried to tell her just replace the light. She wouldn't do it. Only water guy can do it.
Now that I saw this bulletin that says replace all five, I am going to hold them to that.

Thanks for sharing I'll need to take my 2017 in to the dealer. I've had the pleasure of installing these lights on 3 previous trucks. The drilling is nerve racking but not a hard install. If you drop the headliner some you can prevent having a lot of shavings accumulate in the headliner area.
