I bought a 2018 Ram 2500 last February and was told there were no open recalls on the truck. Is there a way to tell exactly what recalls have been done to the truck without going to the dealer?

Go to MoparOwners.com and make an account with that VIN number and see if: any recall work was done, completed, pending. Will also show any warranty issues and warranty issues extended.

Recalls are Safety Items

TSB are Technical Service Bulletins
TSB) is a communication from a car manufacturer to repair shops and dealerships about known problems with a specific car model. TSBs are issued when a manufacturer receives reports of a recurring problem from customers and dealers.

CSU are Customer Satisfaction Notice .. customer satisfaction notice (CSN) is a non-safety related notification about a warranty or customer satisfaction issue. Chrysler will fix the issue at no cost, even if the vehicle is out of warranty or the original owner is not the current owner.

Is this the site you're suggesting?

If you want a bit of advice ,research the hell out of any and all recalls before you let them do the recall.
Some recalls leave a bit to be desired from an owners stand point

Ok I looked up my VIN on Mopar owners.com and it says all recalls have been completed on my truck, BUT what I don’t understand is the one for the HCU came out since I took ownership but I have not brought it in for the repair.
How can this recall have been completed if I haven’t brought it in?
If I’m reading correctly this recall came out towards the end of 2024 and I bought the truck mid February 2024.

That recall may not apply to your truck, or FCA has selectively narrowed the field of applicable vehicles to reduce the volume of repairs.

I'm guessing as RamDiver stated your 2500 doesn't fall under the recall

Ram Recall Details
2017–2018 3500, 4500, and 5500 Cab Chassis vehicles. The problem: The hydraulic control unit (HCU) may fail, which can cause the antilock brake (ABS), electronic stability control (ESC) and traction control systems to fail. The fix: Dealers will replace the brake HCU, free of charge.Dec 9, 2024
