@Burla had a response from Red Line about change to 0W-30 going to API SP and some ISLAC specs. I don't remember the details, maybe he'll weigh in, but the 100C vis was slightly lower, not a big deal. I think the moly was still up there, and maybe the detergent split went toward Mg more than Ca to suppress LSPI events in small motors. Not sure why anyone with a w h i z motor would use Red Line? Maybe part of the street racing scene?
Not sure anyone has pulled a VOA form the new formula either. All my inventory is original 0W-30 formula, otherwise I'd sure send a sample in.
