Regeneration

2016 2500 6.7, regeneration light came on and stayed on even after I thought I’d run it through the process. Just stayed on say regeneration in progress. Took it to a dealer had it worked on. The regeneration light never came up again. In 2 years it has never done a regeneration ? Is this going to be a problem?

The dealership may have done a
Forced Regeneration

I don't know what that involves

I had it done a few years ago, back when Carl Burger Dodge had a decent Service Dept.

Now they are just trying to stay open, at least that is what i think
