I tried to look for the information and search here. Does a 1/3 drop only require springs? No relocation brackets? Stock length shocks ok?

Thanks for the help.

But seriously, will the KYB MonoMax shocks (stock application) work with a 1/3 drop?

I used kyb monomax 565038 and 565127 for a 2/4 belltech drop. One is a stock length that will for the front, the other is a little shorter to work with the rear drop. Fyi when you install the rears install the top bolt before cutting the strap, otherwise you'll be using a floor jack to compress the shock.

If you do an adjustable panhard bar spend the extra money on the core 4x4 street version. Much beefier than the spohn i had on and no flex at the adjustment point

Thank you. How did you like the ride? I would prefer a stiffer, sportier ride.

I may just do a 2" rear drop for now and see how I like it. I still use the truck for hauling supplies and towing a boat.

I liked em, took em off to try the belltech nitro drop, which are too bouncy, got a set of kyb gas ajust coming today.

Ground Force makes a 2" drop, simple 30-40 minute install.
Here is my 2011 with just a 2" rear drop

That looks good. I can still use the Air Ride kit with the rear drop, correct?

The monomax rode really well, much firmer/more controlled than stock or belltech. I'd put em on a stock truck, I was impressed.

That's what I wanted to hear. Now if I only do the 2" drop, go with stock length monomax or the shorter rear shocks?

I'm going with a 2" rear drop. KYB recommended the 565103 for the rear shocks.

Finally got the drop coils and new shocks installed today. Took a chance on some Touring Tech 2" rear drop coils from eBay for $104 shipped. Seller said they are about 20% stiffer than stock. Went with the KYB MonoMax shocks on front and rear.

Only been one day but extremely happy with the stance and ride so far. Shocks made a significant difference. Feels almost like a sports car now, which is what I wanted.

In case anyone needs the info (which has probably been posted here somewhere already), front shocks are part# 565127, rear are 565103 (KYB said to go with these for only a 2" rear drop, said to use 565038 for a 3" drop).
