Remote issues

I was told that with the remote starts, the truck can activate the heated seat and also the steering wheel. I have on the control panel that these two are set to come on with all remote starts. This is not the case. I can not seem to get this to happen and the dealership is not helping me on this. I have a 2016 3500 Laramie that I just purchased. Any help would be appreciated.

Try this:

Before you turn off the truck, turn on the accessories you want to have come on when using remote start.

While they are on, then set the modes on the control panel.

It has to be below 40F outside for the heated seat and wheel to activate.
