I guess the dealership used like dash spray on the handles and it’s left a like film on the paint. I have washed the truck a few times since I got it but I have no idea how to get that stuff off the paint. Any ideas. I am not sure what they used but it’s like the sprayed the handle or a rag and went around the handle on the paint. When it’s clean and dry you can see like wax film around the handle. It does not bead up but I have scrubbed and it won’t come off. I don’t know what to use so I have left it alone but it bugs me. Will auto goo gone work you think?

Can certainly give it a try. My go to would be a high concentrate isopropyl alcohol. 90% or above usually removes whatever you find on the truck that you don't want.

Pick yourself up a clay bar from any auto detail company. That’ll remove the overspray and you won’t risk damaging the paint like you might would with the suggestion above

From what the OP is saying clay bar isn't likely going to do anything. It's not "over spray" someone used something that is leaving a residue on the paint. Wipe it down with some alcohol, could also try tar & bug remover and then finish the panel off with some wax to protect the paint.
