Any tips on removing bed liner spray? Tried using a paint removal disc on a angle grinder gets the job done but takes a very long time and eats up the disc quickly.

Is it Rhino Liner or some off the shelf DIY stuff?

Try a heat gun to soften it and see if it will peel up? I've seen this done with Rhino lining but not sure how effective it would be on DIY spray in liners. I'd wear a mask while doing it.

Was only able to take off from the sides since it was very thin layer, I'm taking it off because they did a horrible job and want redue the bed liner spray but professionally

Will it leave it bare metal? Did you have difficulty to remove with the wire wheel?

Yes, this will very likely take it down to bare metal. So, I'd keep a can of sealer handy.

Following. I have new to me 2004 work truck with the factory liner I think. Used mainly for hay and gooseneck towing. I was thinking of just sanding it and then applying raptor liner over top. I don’t need it pretty. Good luck on yours. Now just need to find decent masks

If your goal is to have it professionally redone, then stop messing with it. Take it where you want to have it redone and let the pro’s prep the area. You might pay a little more in prep fees, but they have the tools, know-how and time.

For about $150 you could throw a bed liner in there and be done. Good luck with your work.
