Hey y'all.. 9 years ago I had the Recon cab light kit professionally installed and just last week one of the bulbs went out on me. Is it possible to just replace the bulbs in these things? Or do I have to purchase a whole new set?
I removed the two screws but, try as I might (and my hubby gave it a go as well!), those buggers just wouldn't budge from the roof. Now since this is the only mod I didn't install myself, I don't know how the install was done. Perhaps they used an extreme adhesive of some sort.

You might be able to pull the front part of the headliner down, then reach up and pull out the whole socket base with the bulb in it. Kind of a PIA.. I would see if you could find some pictures of the Recon cab lights and see what the bases look like and if you can remove the bulb socket from the bottom side. Good luck.

So im woundering about the same thing and don’t want to take off the cab lights since I don’t have any leak now lol. I’d rather take part of the headliner down and change the bulbs from within. What did you end of doing?
