Rear end is done minus new Core sway bar links.
Track bar was stupid easy to install. I removed the OEM part, used the bolts and measured by laying one on top of the other and using the bolts as a guide rod and adjusting the large nuts/ends on the Clayton kit, then install the new stuff.
It was painful drilling and tapping a hole in the DS lower control arm for the parking brake lines.
But . . . what was a pain in the **** was to torque the UCA/LCA bolts while on the ground . . . without a cheater bar. I did have a touch of axle movement on the driver’s side, but not enough a breaker bar couldn’t get the UCA/LCAs back in line.
Sequence of uninstall/reinstall of Track bar and LCA/UCA, I did them: remove old track bar then install new (to keep everything aligned as much as possible) UCA, then LCA on passenger side and then all over again in the same sequence on the driver side.
I’m gonna drive it to and from work tomorrow and check and retighten as necessary.
Yup, I still need a 3/8 -16 nut for the brake hanger.
