So if my right wheel bearing needs replaced will it make any sort of noise while driving? When im going it sounds like a scratching type of sound but when I press on the brake it quits. I know I need my right wheel bearing replaced cause my mechanic told me but this noise started a couple weeks ago and I just wanted to see if it was because of the bearing or maybe another problem came up.

It's could be your bearing, but make sure there isn't anything on your brake pads.

Shake down the front end, specifically the right wheel. Pull the wheel off and take a good look at everything. For me, there was a little metal tab on the brake pad that had been rubbing on the rotor and making noise.

Most likely the inside of the bearing starting to go, mine just gave out yesterday no lie lol, so don't put it off any longer or you'll be on the side of the road with mad camber like I was or risk breaking more components.... Lucky I pulled over right away, otherwise I would have wore the **** out of my rotor and calliper. Funny thing was, I was on my way to get a wheel bearing.....
