Rim fit question

Will 20 inch rims from a challenger etc fit a 2017 Ram bighorn? Are they the same width? Is the bolt pattern the same?
They look the same in the picture of the ad I’m chasing.
Looking for a spare that I can put a real tire on for a spare instead of the Mickey Mouse stock spare.

I hear you but these appear from the picture to be what I have as oem, are within 30 minute drive, and he's willing to sell just 2 for what's in my budget. Everything else I've found that matches are sets of 4 only and I have no storage room.

So the question still remains.

I did remove one of mine and took every measurement I could think of and pictures of the part numbers on the back so I guess I'll find out later today.

Well they do not fit. Center hole is a little smaller, and the offset is different.
For future reference.
