Is there a remote start "kit" available for a 2011 2500 CC ST 4x4? If not how about a remote keyless entry?

The remote start kit 82212423AB has been discontinued however you may find some online sellers still offering it But I believe that keyless entry is required, If your saying you do not have this I am not sure if the kit will work for you. There is no add-on keyless entry kit available.
