Responding to your question. I reached out to the following vendor in Ebay -

They provided the maps electronically for 60 pounds which is just under $100 USD. Purchase was easy - they just have you do the buy it now on any of their items and then send you an invoice. The map they have is the 2020 version not the 2021 but for the $50 savings it was worth it.

When installing you have to send them the request code and then they send you the coding to input to continue the installation. Keep this is mind when you are doing the installation. I did mine late at night one evening so that when I sent the email to them it was early morning their time.

I cannot seem to find this on the thread..I just finished updating from the 15's then 17.43.01 to 18.45.01. Everything worked great but noticing the back up camera image is much lighter (brightness seems to be on max when it is not). Anyone else find this as an issue?

yes this issue is noted in this thread... you need to do a factory reset I believe to get the camera to work normally.

From what im reading, the map updates are garmin files and some folks have figured out how to take the free lifetime update files for their garmin stand alone gps and make update files for these radios... basically FCA is selling what garmin normally includes for free on all their devices. makes sense... buy a $100 garmin gps, get free updates for life to support the device..... spend hundreds on the better stereo for your ram, get nickel and dimed for every update from FCA...

If so it's a Panasonic 4c UAQ nav or UAS (no nav) with Android Auto & Apple Carplay and those radios go by the "Application version".
(13-17 Harmon radios go by fw version).

I’ve have a Grand Cherokee WK2 SRT8 MY15 with the 15.17.5 software and my HW Part Number is 68242385AG.

I need the RG4 sowtware, that right.

Can everyone tell me what about the SRT Pages with my HW Part Number?
We have a lot of people in Germany who have make a upgrade from 15.17.5 to 17.46.01 and the SRT Pages are not more available.
Only a new unit can fix it.

yes it is a factory 2018 8.4 with car play and navigation. i have application version USA-IR-19.9.0-20171026-107g.

v19.9.x. Was a good reliable version and unless you are having issues, I would not recommend manually updating it. There's always a chance you brick it if not done correctly... & With the engine running to maintain battery voltage.. b but it could still fail or not.

For your radio/year only, the last official update to the radio with an official TSB was v22.6.
But new radios are shipping with application version v39.6.x (available via SW download from ClearlyStable's unofficial release thread linked in the following thread op).
