Rotted Rocker Panels and Cab corners

My 2005 Ram 1500 Quad has rotted out rocker panels and cab corners on both sides of the truck....I want to have them cut out and replaced, but I'm not sure if there is anything left to weld them to.....I pulled off big chunks of rust today from both sides...I could literally push my finger right through it....LMC has full weld in rocker replacements, has anyone used them and are they good quality? I really want to save this truck because I love it but don't want to throw money at a lost cause...I will post some pics tomorrow....thanks

I haven't used their Rockers but I did use a cab panel for a 96 Silverado Extended cab. I had no complaints with the quality off the sheet metal.
