Thanks
I'm blessed and amazed, never thought I'd make 40 due to serious cancer at 30. But I still buy green bananas ;)

Nice to see the gear head is still strong in you and up to date on new stuff is very rare.

I still enjoy towing my vacation trailer and go desert dry camping. Hunt and fish a few weeks every year with brothers in Eastern Oregon. Annually go to Maui for a few weeks & Mai Tais.

Found that my stock 2020 3500 HO defueled at 107mph. So I now run a tune, but when it hit 117mph I backed off because the Chevy gave up. :D

Your kind of trip was on my bucket list. I lost my wife to cancer 12 years ago. Without her, that kind of trip is now off the list. If I was your age, I'd probably attempt it, as I always wanted to make a run to the Dakotas and down to the South. We spent all of our vacation trailer tripping around the western states.
Enjoy yourselves and have a great trip.
And, thanks for your service - much appreciated!

Yeah I know. They were 16 weeks out on it when my buddy ordered it. I just got my leveling kit and active sway bar install today. Tomorrow I have a steering brace, steering damper, and track bar. If I have time I'll be installing my mud flaps as well.

Oh, do you have any pics of your install I just install a black exhaust tip on mines tonight, lol, I was out about 10:00 pm install it, lol, yeah I know funny but it only took me about 20 minutes or so I had to clean off the exhaust pipe first and then slide on the black tip, I think that it look pretty good.

Those bracket that I got in the other day I didn't have time to install them or look underneath to see where and how to install them but hopefully in a day or so I will get to that.

I actually didn't have time yesterday, but just pulled my truck into my shop and kicked on the heater so I'll be at it soon lol.
I know the ram front end has always had a issue and steering component are not that great. I am Upgrading everything now so I hopefully don't have any issues.

Thanks for your service. I was going to enlist myself but I started working construction and lost track of time. I started right out of high school standard parents pay rent or move out at 18. Never looked back I own a company now and have 9 full time employees. We are doing pretty well. If I keep on track I'll definitely hit my goal if not sooner. I do have a plan I'm working on now and if it works I will work 10 more years and done.

Side note the rough country steering brace won't fit after market sway bars lol. Lots of cusing this morning

I finally got around and installing my Rough Country light bar, and man all I got to say is I don't never want to do this again, but after tearing into it I found out that I diddn't really have to take the bottom piece off, I forget what you call it. Looks good glad those brackets work. Why wouldn't you of had to remove the lower air dam? What other way did you find?

Well, in the 4 and the 6 pictures there is that part that is attach to the radiator that one long air dam I will call it is only hold on with 4 bolts and three push pins, two bolts on each sides if you take that off you will be more able to get in there and put those bracket on..

You see on the 3rd picture that one part is not there because you have to trim part of the rubber anyway and even at that I had to drill a 1/2 hole in the hard plastic so I can tighten the one bolt down to hold the bracket. So you see that the 3rd pictures I had to take it off completely so I could put the bolt on.

And then I thought about it, I said that I really didn't have to take the air dam off because the air dam really wasn't in the way it was the part that was attach to the radiator, it was some kind of air dam to direct more air into the radiator. Once you get under there you will see what I'm talking about.
