Hello everyone is this a good price? $289 for set of running boards including install. The price is for the first set on the very top.

What kind of construction? Not familiar with the brand, but that price including install sounds pretty reasonable.

with install and you like the way they look? I wouldn't hesitate to pay it. I saved a buck on mine when I found an online sale plus a rebate and installed them myself.

Chrome 3in round normally run $199 a pair so add install and tax it's a reasonable price.

I went with the 4" oval(2nd one down in your pict) and now that they are on they look too small. They work OK,but look flimsy IMHO.I definitely wouldn't do 3" personally.

I didn't want large steps or mounts that would catch a lot crap in the winter,so it was a bit of a trade off.

I did a lot of research on the boards before buying, and wanted something that is easy to step on and safe, so I went with 5 inch stock ram boards that go from wheel to wheel, they were $700 and I had to install them myself. Very very happy with those.

These other cheaper boards may not be as solid, and may look thin, maybe also check other major brands and reviews on amazon and other sites

The stock ones were over priced as far as I'm concerned. The 4" is solid enough and are big enough to step on easily.they just look small on a truck this big.

Kinda high for those type of bars. Can get them for less than $200 online.

My 5" ones were less than $200 on eBay, do you have the ability to install them yourself? That seems like it would save you some good change

I got the 4" ones underneath the top one but in all black on Amazon for $138 shipped ($174 regular price, I had points). Install only took 30 mins and only has six mounting points. Is $115 worth the labor for you?

Yeah mines a crew cab and I didn't go right to the back wheels either.

Trucks too dirty right now to post pictures.Crappy weather makes it hard to keep it looking decent.
