Rust?

Hello! Came here looking for guidance. Looking at a 2020 Ram Rebel that was previously owned in British Columbia and dealer sent over this video which looks like there is rust on the undercarriage. See video. Is that indeed rust or just a bit of discoloration? Thanks in advance for any guidance.

Looks like surface rust.

Hard to tell but I wouldn't let it stop you from looking at/ buying it. If you want to see rust on frames/ body panels on a 5 year old vehicle come up to WI.

Thanks for weighing in. Looks like rust to me but pretty mild all things considered.

All i see is a fresh frame that still has paint on it everything else is normal
