Spoke with thuren, I ordered a track bar and steering stabilizer. Andrew was great to speak with. Very knowledgeable.

He also told me to steer clear of bfg tires as they have seen a ton of DW with them on ram trucks. I’m considering the toyo my now

I think I remember reading that those components should be changed around 20k on his website. I have 16k on mine and had been thinking about doing those upgrades as well but thought it may be premature. Guess I'll have to rethink that and maybe do those in the spring. Please let us know what you think of the handling once installed.

Absolutely. I have the steering stabilizer and rear sway bar links in my shopping cart also. Andrew was great because I was ready to spend a few thousand on a complete set up be he told me to replace the parts one at a time and watch the improvement and then Decide how far I need to go. That’s huge in my book.

Just had a death wobble on the way home doing about 75-80mph after hitting an expansion gap while coming around a slight turn in rt78. Scared the **** of of me to be honest. Makes me want to sell the truck.

Should I hit Thuren up for an upgrade? Anyone had a similar experience in their PW?

I have a 2019 PW and have not experienced this and travel 75mph regularly. A Thuren upgrade is always a good thing. Do you know what part of suspension is failing? I think you will get a lot of good opinions here but I would seek out the exact cause of your issue. A busted belt in a tire or bad tire balance can create similar experience for example.

Honestly I’m not sure. It will go to OK4wd here to be sorted out once the new tires arrive and the track bar comes in. I thrust them 100% to sort it out.
I’ve never lost confidence in the truck before except for that moment. My 2017pw had 315 bfg k02s on it and would DW slightly some times. That truck lasted 67k miles.
For this truck to have 30k on it really upset me. I’m wondering if it has to do with my synergy drag link also? I will have OK check it out and report back. I’m confident they will find the source.

Over due but here is the final. I went with the toyo CT 35 12.50. Honestly I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. Initially I wanted a 304DBFEA-C45E-4D38-A599-EF728FF78E8F.jpeg FE145B20-E83C-418C-A044-1E10D68BEAEE.jpeg DADF8541-7CE2-4832-855C-4FAF5590FC27.jpeg ADCE8575-0312-4D9A-98E4-7F8A37ED4D6F.jpeg 06720AD4-9431-4BF7-A563-40B9EE701AF4.jpeg mud terrain but after a lengthy discussion with a very generous member here I chose these tires. also oddly enough, they were the only ones that were readily available. Love how they ride and I love the look of the saltas

Did you powder coat those saltas also? They look great! I'm just worried about powder coating them. Because AEV advises against it

P.s. now just to get the trim rings to finish off those wheels!!

Thanks!! Yea I did powder coat them. I’m not worried. More about warranty than anything else IMO.
We will see how they do I guess

It was $200 per wheel at a local shop. I would like the trim rings but in black

First day over 60 makes you think it’s summer haha

Then it's summer here too. Moab is currently 34F at 8:05 AM MT and warming up to a high of 70 for today. Perfect weather for off-road driving.
