Hi guys, my wife has a 2010 ram 1500 Laramie, when she try's to listen to satellite radio it says "module failure" on the screen, has anyone had this issue before and where do I start looking for the problem?

I would call Sirius customer service and have them send a link to your receiver they will know if there's a problem, I assume you have a paid subscription.
