True dual exhaust will definitely help with mileage. I have been told that by a few different muffler guys. Which is why I just put it on my truck. Takes out that restrictive y pipe and allows the air to flow. It also adds around 10-12 rwhp. So technically it won't help mileage because you can't keep your foot off the gas! Lol.

This winter that is pretty much all I have been getting, 10.8 - 11.2 mpg and now that we have snow day after snow day. I am constantly in Auto 4x4 or 4x4 High so that doesn't help in the slightest.

MDS is Multi-Displacement System, essentially it turns your V-8 into a 4 banger engine.

Does that mean you have a 2012 R/T with barely 1000 miles on it total, or 1000 miles since YOU got it.

And I thought my 2012 was low @ 7200 miles total, bought brand new in july 2012.

it sucks but i love my truck....lol...thats what happend when we own v8's

Yeah... don't buy an exhaust thinking it's going to improve your MPG. My MPG went to hell the day I modified my exhaust - but that's just because I can't keep my foot out of it.
I love the sound.
I didn't even turn the radio on for a couple of weeks after I got the new muffler. lol

Average about 13 mpg. Only 14-14.5 at HWY speed (140km/hr)

If I'm in a bad mood, I get about 5 MPG, lol. Ok, maybe and exaggeration.

Bilstein 5100's set at 2.8" with 1.75" rear coil spacers. Next is 3" body lift and 35's. In about 2 months.

Yeah, running the 5100's at 2.8" compresses the spring a bit. So it's a stiffer ride. I like it personally, but I've heard others complain its too rough. Its a truck, should be a little stiffer than a car IMO. I'm happy with it and love the fact her nose isn't in the dirt anymore.

I'm looking to do the same, bring the nose up a tad and level it, but IMO I love the feel of the stock ride. Any suggestions? ..... I realize this is a strange question to ask on a thread about saving fuel with add ons! lol

Just start a thread about "leveling questions" or something. If you don't want the stiffer ride, go a smaller setting on 5100's or run a spacer. Spacers don't change the spring or shock at all, just lift it away from the mounting position.

I installed a vararam intake, 87 mm tb, exhaust, and 4.56 gears. Haven't tuned it yet but it says I'm getting 14 mpg which isn't bad for 38s
