I downloaded the SC Easy Update software, registered as a new user and when I go to validate my e-mail address, the link I click on opens a screen and it says "An error has occured". Both links aren't working.

How am I supposed to validate my email so I can log into the software to update my tuner???

I downloaded their EZ Update Software so I could update my tuner or see if there were any.... I registered my username and info and it told me to check my email to validate my account. Well, when I clicked the link in my email to validate it, the window that popped up said there was an error, so I couldn't validate my account. Therefore, I couldn't log into the Superchips Software....

There are apparently a lot of people with this problem

Your lucky, I signed up on there site years ago and have never been allowed to log in. Says I never validated, never got the email. Got no help from e-mails or phone calls. They said I never registered. Had a problem with my tuner and an error message, tech ask for the error code number and all it said was 'an error occurred' no number shown. He acted like I was lying and said all errors had numbers, this one didn't and I have gotten it before. Since I have an 03 I just blew them off. I still have the tuner but it won't reset most MILs so I bought a code reader for that.

In a few days we will be releasing the link to the new Internet Update 3.0. This new version will correct issues the previous versions and will help speed up the process of updating their products.

Once we get the green light from the beta testers I will start a thread with details on how everyone can take advantage of the new tool.

Stay tuned for more info.
