Atleast your front end should be pretty solid for atleast the next 100k miles!

No I love the 5" sound...its the straight pipe I cant handle. It seriously sounds like a duck at certail WOT rpms...

Had a buddy with me this weekend...we were merging onto the interstate, I got on it to get out in front of a car... he said "that seriously just sounded like a duck". And I've never said anything about it sounding like a duck to him. lol

One of the girls in the back of my truck this weekend couldn't hear me and my buddy talking in the front seat. Figured it was time to make some changes.

Picked this muffler up for $40...gonna try and find the brand of it

I doubt that muffler will do too much, I mean it being a glass pack and all.

I think so, since it's straight through and not chambered. Idk. Someone else will know for sure.

With out any markings I'm not sure if you'll ever figure out what kind of muffler it is
My best guess might be a expandit muffler (same as farmboy diesel and rollin smoke diesel exhaust kits)

That's gonna look sweet.
You're really lucky you didn't have to take it..it's a pain in the ass. About three months ago I helped my cousin do his 07 5.9 (back when I was still dreaming about getting a cummins lol) and ittook FOREVER to take the little ******* out. He came into town yesterday, so I guess out of obligation he helped me out in return lol...and again it was a big pain in the ass.

Does your exhaust cover up the turbo in the cab??

From what I've read it seems like a pretty easy task...but I dunno bc I've never done it.

At certain RPMs I cant hear it...but cruising down the interstate and taking off from a stop like I can hear my turbo...I friggin love it

Ive been meaning to take the silencer ring out of my girlfriends....for over a year now lol Its on my list with a ton of other things I've been meaning to do lol

A black cummins logo or ram logo would look perfect on the airbox cover! Well worth a couple bucks for a decal I would think

Yea I was meaning to do mine...then I found out it was done. lol

And I have my ram head from my tailgate that I'm going to put in the center of it. If I dont like the looks of that, I'm gonna run to my Cummins store and see what kind of badges they have.

I got a car show I'm entering into mid summer...so I'm wanting to dress up the engine bay a bit!

Got this done and put it...I love it. Gonna leave it alone. This is the start to my engine dress up... I used 500* high heat paint under the white.

Put some new foam around the endge to help block heat (dunno how much it helps, but I ripped some off to paint it, so I figured I should put more on it)

Updated my list...

Want some opinions...

1. Get my lift wheels and tires....

or

2. Get my go fast goodies that I just added to my list.

I will have the money for 1 or 2 in march...just aint decided what I wanna do yet.
