I have a 2018 ram 3500 SLT and I was wondering if 2019 leather seats will fit and work in my truck? Without doing a lot of modifications to the electrical?

As long as the plugs are the same the should bolt up the same. A lot of changes in the 19. They may have different plugs

If both are Crew Cabs, chances are even better that mounts fit
