Sequential mirror turn signals

Looking for help here, I've already purchased 2 of these (see link below) LED sequential turn signal light kits and cannot seem to make them work. Has anyone purchased these and made them work? I have them on my Audi S6 and work just fine, so I am trying to see if I am missing something here. When I plug them direct to the car battery they turn on, but when I plug them into the oem conncection, nothing. Any thoughts here?

Is your truck a classic? Easiest way to know, classic has 1500 on doors, new 5th gen have it in the hood. If you have a classic, these won't work.

No, sorry I should have clarified....I have a 1500 limited, so according to the item its supposed to work on my truck.

I've bought a set of these for my 2022 Rebel DT and they don't work on mine too. I think we are the only two in the world that have that issue!! The only thing I figured out (with that issue) is if we have OEM headlight and flasher LED = that mirror sequential kit not working. Take a look at some videos ''youtube'' they have Halogen lights or an aftermarket headlight !?! + Someone talks about ''adding resistor'' but no more info about that ''resistor'' (is it a 6 ohm or 14 Mohm...) who knows...

I have the Morimoto ones in my 2013 1500 and they work fine, plug & play. The ones I have do say 09-18 models. I'm not sure if they have them to fit the 5th gens.
