Service Bulletin 18-016-19?

Anyone know what the SB 18-016-19 is for?
After getting home from picking up my truck from the dealer, I was reading the paperwork and it says the completed this on my truck along with an RRT. Just curious as to what it is for.

It is a pcm update for the eco diesel. I believe it is related to the whole EPA investigation (think Volkswagen)

You would think my truck was already up to date with that whole issue. It's a 2018.

18-016-19 is a PCM software update for a number of dtc’s setting as well as to fix some diagnostic procedures that wouldn’t run correctly.
