I have an 09 2500 gasser and it has been giving me trouble. When I am driving between 30-40 mph at a constant speed, and floor it, it will start shaking once it downshifts and then smooth out after making a weird shift. It doesn't do it when I floor it at any other speed or from a dead stop. I have checked u joints and driveshaft and everything is solid on it. Earlier before this started I had my right rear wheel lock up on me for 10ft on a gravel road and then never had an issue after that. I do not know if this is related or not. What could cause this issue?

Have you scanned the truck to see if there is any codes? not your cheap autozone scan either. Also have you checked the trans fluid level? does it look burnt? and when was it last changed. Is your truck a 6 or 8ft bed if 8ft it has a center bearing for driveshaft i would check.

I had it scanned, just 02 sensor codes. 6ft bed so just 1 piece drive shaft, trans fluid is clean, and full. Hasn't been changed in a while, it leaks so I have to top it off every few months.
