Shaking phone, what to do..

Guys with the center console have a place for their phone but us who have the 40/20/40 bench have to use a mount..
I have a windshield suction cup mount with an arm that extends to the face of the dash between the radio and gauge cluster. No matter what I do the phone just shakes.. bend, twist , brace the arm but nothing works. Vent clip mounts don’t work either.
What is everyone using as a smartphone mount in their trucks?
Picture? Is it stable?

I took a circle that is about an 1/8" bigger than the suction cup and used the 3M moulding tape to secure it. I use it with my GPS, tablet, phone anything with a suction cup. it is rock solid. I drive over scrubboard roads constantly

I use pro-clip in both trucks,Tundra and a ram,designed truck specific,expensive but wouldn't even consider looking at anything else now.

I don't use a phone holder, i don't touch my phone when i am driving
someone calls, i push the Answer Button on the radio.
If i need to call, i use the VR button on the steering wheel

I typically don’t use my phone either but when I am using Apple Maps which I do several times a day I prefer to enter the address on my phone. I hate texting!
