Shark fin antenna

Ok so here is the scoop

I some how managed to hit my shark fin antenna on the garage door.

My question is the front of the antenna has lifted but is still bolted down to the roof of the truck. Can water get in before I fix it?

Time is not on my side and it might be a week before i can get to it.
