Hi Guys, Im new so be gentle... This is a project I have been working on for a few months. Long story short... I broke my front axel, I decited to go for stronger... things let from one thing to another...

Upgrades:
1996 Front 3500 Dually Dana 60 - $300 craigslist
1999 Front 3500 HD Steering setup $50 Junkyard
Skyjacker Front 3500 Springs - $200 amazon

(not counted in cost old front axle would have need the same rebuild)
New Ball joints-bushings-track bar - links - ect

1992 Rear Dodge 3500 DRW Dana 80 (Dump Truck) - Doner
Added Rear Leaf Springs from the 92 - Doner
Firestone 5K Bags amazon - previous truck
Eagle alloy 19.5 rims / tires - Ebay $1200

Not installed yet.
5.7 Turbo 12V - Doner

2001 Fiberglass bedside fiberglass fenders $150 Craigslist

Bushwhaker Rivet Front Flairs $100 EBAY
Halo Headlights - previous truck
Verticle Grill- previous truck

Anyway, Please dont ask why would you do that! I did it because I got a 92 Dodge 5.7 12v drw 2x4 dumptruck for $400. It was cut up and the cab wiring had a fire... My front axle had broken, so I went for it...

Anyways, anyone have paint ideas, general feedback?

The new tires dry fit for overall idea.

I had to cut and rework the fender to allow them to fit on the shortbed.
Notice they take the entire length of the bed, I molded the rear tail lights
into the fender.

Relax those are NOT the tires... This was a mockup before I did the rear end.

Dude that's pretty cool. I like the uniqueness about it! Cannot wait to see the finished product with paint and all!

Man I really wish my work didn't block dropbox, then I could see it. I will look when I get home but it sounds pretty neat. I will do some chops later on too.
oh and Welcome to RF

Welcome to the forum sir!!! Doesn't look like a bad build. Definitely an intense build. If you are going to paint it a solid color I highly suggest either match the current color or take it all apart and paint it a mineral grey.

I like that color idea. Are you planning on tow mirrors? I'd have them painted too while you're at it.

make it a 4 tone and get the 4th to be a pinstripe to seperate the black silver and red

maybe a bright red to contrast or a forest green for a more subtle look

Latest pics as of 530 this morning... Damn I love the 19.5 rims.

Ordered the wrong lugs for the rear. They are 5/8" on the 93?

What's your plan with the fender flares? Are you going to match them in the rear, or fill in the "pockets" up front?
