Hello, I have found the culprit but not sure what this wire that splits 4 ways goes to. Anyone know? It has a smaller gage black wiring coming off the firewall connector attached to it.

there's pages of discussion on this but not sure bypassing it is the way I'd go. could potentially become a fire hazard.
