    I have a roast and two backstrap halves in brine since saturday...
    This saturday gonna have corned venison roast and smoke the backstrap for venison backstrap pastrami! love that stuff!!!

    I love my rifles but prefer to hunt with my bow. Little 7 point last yeah but he had a huge body.
