Show off your winch mount!

Hey folks... I went out today pricing winches and mounts. I have an idea of what I like but I'm not sure what I want yet. I'm thinking along the lines of a Warn M12 or M15 for my rig but I'm pulling all this Cummins weight. The whole thing is that there are different mounts and configurations that people use. That's what I want to hear and see about. This is your chance to show me what you've got. Please post a picture of your winch and mount and tell us a little about what you have. You might try using that winch to get your truck flipped over the right way.

It's hard to see it upside down but it looks good with the light bar. I already have a 50" double stack across the top of my windshield so I was thinking of 2 x 6's on the grill guard.
