Slow acceleration when step up pedal

I have a 2019 V8 5.7 Ram warlock with a 8 speed transmition and I experence a slow action and down trasmittion shift when I stept up to the pedal. Its's happen on slow speed and high speed. I dont now if that is that is normal but a truck with that power its look wierd
