Truck runs but valve train gets loud past idle speed. Recently replaced head gasket right cylinder head bank. Drove Ten miles and truck stalled every time I yielded or stopped. Oil pressure gauge at 30 to sixty PSI. Coolant temperature at 1/2 on guage. No check engine light codes. Around cylinder one I noticed hissing and drops antifreeze. I retorqued intake manifold bolts from 30 to 35 foot/lbs for LA-1 model engine.

did you change the oil after the head gasket? to me that looks like you might still have a bit of water in the oil.

Yes I am using 10 W 30 synthetic oil now new. I have wiped out all emulsification off cylinder head valve covers. The water leak was from coolant temperature sensor loosened and retightened . I believe hissing and splattering is now over . Thanks.
