Mine was DEFINATELY the fan shroud. They pulled mine out and robbed one from another new vehicle on the lot. That fixed the problem.

It’s a star case, not a bulletin. There’s actually two of them S1907000001 and S1924000006. One says it may be the fan shroud, other says it’s from the cooling system and they’re working on a fix.
Any updates??? Is there a TSB?

Had a similar smell on my 15 ED towing a TT in the Rockies, Let a dealer look at it, found nothing. Smell went away after bout 1K miles. It was it's first long hard pull.

Any TSBs yet? Seems like it’s getting to be a known issue.

I get the smell of burning rubber when I'm at a stop sign and put the accelerator pedal all the way to the floor. Not sure how the accelerator may be linked to the stinky fan shroud. The smell seems to come from the rear of the truck.

I have that same issue on my '19. Rubber and coolant smell from the front of the truck. I've checked for leaks multiple times but found nothing.

I'm at 43k miles now and no signs of going away. Don't know that they'll cover it under warranty at this point so just hoping it goes away...

I have 3000 miles on mine and when I stop and get out, it smells like I hit a skunk at the front of the truck. I didn't want to take it to the dealer until Ram had a fix for it, because I didn't want to hear "they all smell like that".

Weird. I had that last week. I wondered "Who the hell hit a fully loaded skunk?!"

I'm at 23k now, not sure when it went away, but I don't notice the smell now.

Is it the upper fan shroud that covers the actual mechanical fan or is it the plastic Electric fan assembly? Fighting this smell myself and warranty is up. Is there a build date to look for , for this problem?
