Can try using a ceramic coating to keep the lenses slick and hydroscopic. If snow does start to accumulate, it should slide off at speed.

Back in the Jeep days and living in WY, ran into the same issue. Nothing worked. Rain-x, every wax I could find, even driving with brights. The only solution was heated headlights.

For the Ram, I bought some at the beginning of the rear hoping that the curved light housing would be better than the flat lenses of the Jeep. NOPE. Went with Sylvania ZXE gold. They are pretty darn good.

And for note, not every type of snow was building up. Only when the snow was heavy and wet or when driving when the roads were slushy and got kick up from other vehicles.

RainX will ruin your headlights. It will fog up the lense permanently. It's only for glass.

They make a version specifically for plastic, been using it for years, works great.
