Soft reset UConnect UAS not working (2018 radio)

I'm trying to do a soft reset on my 8.4" UConnect radio from a 2018 Ram. Need to do this while the car is running/in motion. I've tried pressing the top right corner of the screen for 12+ seconds (newer models) and also push the Volume Mute & Tuning Browse buttons for 12+ seconds (older models) but neither method works.

Any ideas?
